Will I still be able to give using the previous platform?
-All previous giving platforms will remain active until March 18. This includes your “My Profile” account, PushPay giving and our in-person Kiosk.
What if I have recurring giving set up?
-Recurring giving will need to be disabled on the previous platform before setting up in the new one. For one-on-one help doing this please call (956) 787-7750 or speak with our team in person on Sunday at the “New Giving Experience” station.
Why do I already have an account with the new platform?
-In order to streamline all digital interactions with DTC, we are switching our entire church management system to one provider. If you have ever created a Log In through our DTC app or Sunday Kidz Check In, you may already have credentials. If you don’t remember your password, you can easily reset it using your email.
Why do I have options like Facebook, Google and Apple to create an account?
-This platform allows you to create your account through whichever method you prefer to use for storing and retrieving your passwords. We highly recommend using “Create with Email” so you will have easy access.
Will I still be able to give using Cash and Check?
-Yes, this new system is only changing for those who give digitally.
Do I have to create an account to give digitally?
-In order to simplify the transition, for a limited time, all new givers will be prompted to make an account.
Can I still access my giving history on the previous platforms?
-Access to the previous platforms will change starting March 18. To retrieve giving history after that date, you will need to contact the DTC Church office.
