JOIN WORSHIP TEAM
All of us were created by God to make a difference with our unique abilities in the lives of others. Every weekend The DTC Worship Team helps to facilitate a dynamic atmosphere of praise and worship through music. By serving in the Worship Team you will connect with your purpose and help lead others into a heart of worship and have an experience with Jesus.
Joining the team
Our worship team consists primarily of musicians and singers who serve on a volunteer basis. Our hope is always to consistently audition new singers and musicians to keep a healthy rotation for those serving.
Audition
Our team is looking for committed members with practical and spiritual gifts for worship. Auditions happen periodically throughout the year. All those auditioning will receive music to learn for the audition. The audition process will help us assess your level of practical skill and spiritual gifting to determine what type of training will be your next step.
Training
Training may consist of resources to grow in your practical skill level or spiritual growth studies before officially joining the team. For those ready to join the rotation, training will consist of attending rehearsals, becoming familiar with code of conduct, and other team guidelines.
